I was so thankful recently for my yoga practice when I was in hospital in Cambodia with a broken elbow. My class is a safe haven in which we re- energise, clear our mind and connect to our inner spirit.
In the comfort of your home, I bring you group classes, and now private 1:1 sessions have returned to the studio. Hooray! For this Covid19 era, group classes are on-line by Zoom. Private sessions are especially helpful to focus on your individual needs. Great for mature age and beginner students, or if you're looking for Healing after serious health disruption. Wellbeing is key to thriving thru Covid times!

Timetable for our next mini-term of on-line group classes: Monday 18th May - Friday 12th June – 4 week term
Monday 10.00am – Get moving and stay strong – asana with brief relaxation
Tuesday 4.00pm -- Breathe well and relax - brief asana, longer guided pranayama and relaxation
Wednesday – 10am - Get moving and stay strong – asana with brief relaxation
Friday 10.00am - Mobilise then iRest(R) Yoga Nidra Meditation (lying in savasana if you wish - heaven!)
Fees for on-line group classes:
Sign up for term 4 X 60 min classes - $64. EFT payments to BSB 732713, acct 575959
Or sign up for 2 classes per week for $115- great discount! If you're financially struggling at present, email Pam for 50% discount. For one on one sessions for personal practice to suit your needs, contact Pam.
Fees for private classes in the studio:
Initial assessment and program design, 90mins - $125. Subsequent sessions 60mins - $75. I will ask you to complete a detailed health questionnaire (which remains totally private of course)
